ITINERARY
Day 1 Adelaide
Begin your journey at one of Adelaide’s beautiful restaurants where you will enjoy a sumptuous dinner featuring modern Australian cuisine before being transferred to the Adelaide Parklands Terminal for a late evening departure aboard the Indian Pacific. Sleep comfortably as you head north-west to the vast expanse and beauty of the Nullarbor Plain. (D)
Day 2 Nullarbor Plain
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and then marvel at the ever-changing landscape passing by your window before settling down to a regionally inspired lunch. Dinner under the stars awaits at Rawlinna (seasonal), the remote and beautiful outpost that borders a ‘little’ sheep station of a mere 2.5 million acres (8,000 square kilometres). (B,L,D)
Day 3 Perth
This morning travel through the picturesque rolling hills of the Avon Valley. Then enjoy a delightful lunch as you head to your destination of Perth, arriving mid-afternoon.

Day 4 Rottnest Island
Make your way to Barrack Street Jetty and board Rottnest Express to Rottnest Island. Explore the beauty and tranquillity of the Island as you sit back and relax in the comfort of an
air-conditioned coach. A 90 minute guided tour around the Island takes you to some of Rottnest’s most spectacular locations including the Wadjemup Lighthouse and the rugged
West End, where you can stroll along the boardwalk to the majestic lookout. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Karma Rottnest Lodge before exploring the Island at your leisure. (B,L)
Day 5 Margaret River
Travel south today and head towards the iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere. Indulge in a lunch of local Margaret River produce accompanied by beer and cider tastings at one of Margaret River’s oldest breweries. Explore Mammoth Cave on a guided tour before passing through the stunning Boranup Forest and the enormous karri trees. Visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, the dividing point between the Southern and Indian Oceans. As you travel back towards Margaret River, make a brief stop in the township where you have free time to stroll the main street. En route to Perth, there’s a short stop with an opportunity to purchase dinner. (B,L)
Day 6 Perth
Your holiday concludes this morning after breakfast. (B)
